Our Chapter

About the Upsilon Chapter

The Upsilon Chapter is the University of Florida's chapter of Beta Alpha Psi. It was the 18th chapter of the national organization to be founded.  Founded in 1938, our Upsilon Chapter continues to promote the core objectives and missions of Beta Alpha Psi. 

Our chapter consists of students from the University of Florida's Fisher School of Accounting and Heavener School of Business, where our academic programs consistently rank among the top programs nationally. 

We are nationally recognized as a Superior Chapter, and won the 2016 Most Improved Chapter Award at the Annual Meeting in Baltimore. We also received the Warrington College of Business Most Outstanding Service Project Award for the 2015-2016 academic year.

Beta Alpha Psi offers numerous opportunities to network, develop professionally and succeed in postgraduate endeavors.  Our unique networking opportunities include accounting firms and other companies of all sizes! 

Academic Opportunities

We encourage Beta Alpha Psi candidates and members to grow and achieve their full potential.  We offer and participate in various opportunities to advance academically.

Charitable Endeavors

The Upsilon chapter is proud to take part in a number of service projects, including book drives and weekly tutoring.  We also received the Warrington College of Business Most Outstanding Service Project Award for the 2015-2016 academic year.
